What is a Chester Play Couch?

The Chester Play Couch is a modular, versatile play furniture designed for kids. It can be configured into countless shapes - from forts and tunnels to slides and reading nooks.

What age range is the play couch suitable for?

Our play couch is designed for children ages 6 months and up. It grows with your child and provides years of imaginative play.

Is there assembly required?

No assembly is required. Simply remove the play couch from the box and carefully open the vacuum seal to remove the couch pieces. Once removed from the packaging it should take at least 24 hours to a couple of weeks for the foam to fully expand to it's final shape. It helps to allow the foam to fully expand by keeping the cushions and pillows unzipped or half unzipped.

How do I clean the covers?

All covers are removable and machine washable on a gentle or delicate cycle. Do not tumble dry. Hang the covers to dry.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer shipping across Canada. Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 5-10 business days.

What is your return policy?

Because Chester play couches are foam-based and compressed for shipping, all sales are final once the product has been opened. If there is a manufacturing defect you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (defect, wrong item, etc).

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes! All Chester Play Couches come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
